By booking or using any of our construction or remodeling services, you agree to:

- Grant access to your premises at the scheduled time
- Secure any personal belongings, vehicles, or landscaping in the work area before the scheduled start date
- Pay all fees as agreed and on time
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if unsafe or unsanitary conditions are present.
2. Booking & Cancellations
All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or email.
If you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations may result in a charge equal to up to 50% of the service fee.
3. SMS and Email Communication
When you provide your contact information and opt in where applicable, you may receive communications from Victory Construction regarding your request, account and services.
These communications may include:
- Appointment reminders and confirmations
- Service updates or rescheduling notifications
- Feedback requests and follow-ups

5. Service Limitations
We strive to provide professional and thorough construction and remodeling services. However, we are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage to furniture or property

6. Payments & Fees
All services must be paid using approved methods (credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other forms agreed in writing). Late or failed payments may result in service interruption or additional fees.
7. Liability Disclaimer
Victory Construction shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. We maintain appropriate business liability insurance, but your use of our services is at your own risk.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
